Refund policy


  1. Returns: Foxi Roxi does not accept returns for roller skate covers. 
  2. Exchanges: We understand that sometimes exchanges may be necessary due to sizing or product issues. Foxi Roxi accepts exchanges for products of equal or lesser value within 7 days of receiving your order.
  3. Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  4. Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at [contact email/phone number] to initiate the exchange process. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
  5. Exchange Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria. Upon approval, we will process the exchange within 2-3 business days.
  6. Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) for exchange. Foxi Roxi will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item(s) back to the customer for domestic exchanges only and international customers must cover both shipping costs.
  7. Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  8. International Exchange: International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to the exchanged item(s) during the import process.
